Tests were conducted on open-hearth furnaces used fuel - gas-oil.

We obtained the following results:

- Oil savings up to 8%;

- The gas savings to 3.8%;

- Reduction of melting cycles of up to 1.2%;

- Increasing the speed set temperature molten metal before 2,3ºS per minute;

- Reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
